Tudor's Policy

We strongly feel that the success of any event relies on good organization and communications between all involved.

Therefore, we ask that you review our list of information and policies and call us should you have any questions or concerns.

We recommend that you schedule an appointment to go over all the details of your special event.

Successful parties do not Happen by Chance!

Serving Times

We allow for one hour of service, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your event.

(Excluding Special Events and our Carnival)

For larger groups, we allow extra serving time.

Final Number of Guests

Your final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event. It is your responsibility to contact us for your final

guarantee. Final Payment is also due 10 days prior to your event. We accept all local checks,

money orders and all major credit cards.

Leftover Food

Our policy has always been to provide customers with all leftover food. Once our staff has left

the premises, it is your responsibility that proper temperatures and handling occur.

We will package all your leftovers for you.

Licenses

We are fully licensed by our state and local governments for your protection

and safety, as well as your guests. We are inspected on a regular basis and adhere to all safety

and health regulations. A copy of our license is available upon request.

We strongly recommend the use of licensed and insured Caterers.
